Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Please note that all our products are handmade and therefore variations in each piece are all part of the process.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please inform us of any breakages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your item.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at studio@wendy-ward.co.uk for authorisation and a return postal address. After receiving our authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase form/receipt and post your return to us.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You will also be liable for any breakages incurred during the return delivery.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
All customised orders cannot be returned as they have been personalised and cannot be used for future orders.

From time to time we may offer items on sale. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
